ZenMax Media Inc is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist in supporting our college recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be very detail orientated and must be able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Track and maintain school/university/college calendar & events
- Support the recruiting team while they are out of the office
- Prepare information and recruiting items to send to colleges in advance
- From time to time, May act as a recruiter with local schools
- expected travel 5% to 10%
- Interacts with various levels of candidates, human resources, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule phone screens, interviews, and make travel arrangements
- Assists HR with greeting applicants, setting up testing, and posting positions
- Post positions to internal and external job boards
- Maintains information in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), including reviewing resumes, sourcing, uploading information, and pulling reports as needed
- Provides follow up emails to candidates and referrals
- Handles reference checks for candidates
- May assist in completion of the offer paperwork and providing information to HR for tracking and reporting
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed
- BS/BA degree is required with 1-3 years of professional HR experience
- Experience in a staffing company preferred or in house support of a recruiting team
- Experience with ATS systems- Taleo preferred
- Experience in scheduling using Outlook calendars
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a minimal amount of direct supervision
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly experienced with various office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and effectively
- Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, and deliverables of team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
