In this role, you will contact customers by telephone for the sale of Yellow Pages advertising and to qualify accounts and develop sales leads. May sell or solicit orders for new products or services. Performs other related duties.

May sell or solicit orders for new products or services.
- Cold calling/prospecting experience.
- One or more years of proven sales experience or related business degree.
- Technical/Internet Proficiency.
- Assertiveness
- Ability to organize and handle inbound call work flow.
- Prepares for and initiates telephone and mail contacts with business customers to qualify accounts and develop leads by following a company prepared contact plan.
- Represents the company in contacting assigned business accounts by telephone for the purpose of selling specific items.
- Prepares contracts on specific items sold to the customer. Works with limited reference material.
- Refers sales leads, account qualifications, changes in customer's service and/or listings to other departments for further handling.
- Records information in a manner that others can interpret accurately.
- Prepares memos and performs other clerical duties related to customer's products/services.
- Makes changes/updates etc. to a mechanized database.
- Handling an aggressive work schedule of daily sales contacts - ability to prioritize and organize work is critical.
