Customer Booking Agent

YourMechanic was founded in 2012 with the goal to make car repair and maintenance affordable, convenient, and transparent. We started YourMechanic because we believed that the auto repair industry was broken.

YourMechanic is looking for motivated individuals committed to delivering exceptional customer service for our customers as they set up appointments. We’re looking to build the foundation of our Customer Booking Team with members who care about our customers as much as we do. You will be connecting with customers via phone to ensure they have a fantastic experience.

• Engage and educate the customer on the value of YourMechanic and how it works
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and fulfill customer requests
• Make outbound calls to customers that have requested a price quote to assist them with appointment booking.
• Grow the customer base by booking appointments for new and existing customers

• Strong communication skills with a great phone presence
• Commitment to helping customers and growing the business
• Tech savvy with strong typing skills and the ability to navigate multiple programs and screens
• Exceptional time management and judgement to respond to business needs effectively
• Self motivated and results driven
• Experience with CRM software, live chat, and phones, including one year minimum of customer service phone experience
