* Install, configure and support Windows client systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and account administration.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations related to the PC environment.
* Desktop, laptop, smart phone and tablet problem resolution, client operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration and repair.
* Basic understanding of printers, MFPs (small and large) as they relate to a Network printer environment.
* Assist the Network Infrastructure team with LAN/WAN equipment and related services and tasks.
* Identify, report and document network related problems
* A basic understanding of the OSI network model, especially Ethernet & TCP/IP
* A basic level of experience using TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.

* Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2008.
* Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining Active Directory (policies, permissions, security).
* Hands-on experience creating, maintaining Exchange 2010 mailboxes, distribution groups.
* Hands on experience using Backup systems.
* Hands on experience using imaging software (Ghost, Acronis).
* Hands on experience using remote desktop software (Radmin, Team Viewer, etc).
* Establishes and maintains network users, user environment, directories, and security.
