Quality Improvement Nurse needed for a permanent opportunity with Yoh's client located in South San Francisco, CA.

• Perform computer-based statistical analysis of data related to the QI program and collect data from one or more sources including outpatient lab, claims and other data sources.
• Monitor and ensure the validity of data, utilize data systems to generate, manipulate and analyze data, as well as evaluate reports for accuracy of data.
• Perform analysis to determine statistically significant trends in the data compared to industry standards and recognized benchmarks.
• Create process documentation for QI/HEDIS activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Current California RN license
• Bachelors in Nursing from an accredited institution is preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent nursing experience in managed care or quality improvement setting
• Working knowledge of HEDIS strongly preferred
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership skills in problem solving
• Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office Applications preferred
