Web Application Developer (.NET/MVC) needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Irving, TX

• The Application Developer analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, and documents high visibility applications software in support of our international internal and external customer base.
• You will participate in all phases of the software development cycle and will be responsible for new and existing applications.
• You will enjoy working with the latest tools and technologies including Windows Azure, Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server, MVC, Entity Framework and Telerik/Kendo.

• Must have strong analytical and technical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of web development methodologies using Visual Studio, Microsoft .Net and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Entity Framework, HTML5, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great work ethic.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing stored procedures,
• Experience with IIS.
• Experience with the Git version control system.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment.
• Microsoft MCSD certification (preferred but not required).

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Designs codes, tests and implements complex applications using Entity Framework, .Net, MVC, SQL Server, Telerik/Kendo, and Azure.
• Develops real-time applications for use in a multi-platform environment.
• Take part in planning, scheduling, and the execution of software system test plans; monitor test results; and take required corrective actions.
