Java Developer - Applications needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Hillsboro, OR.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Java Developer will work toward new software design & development.
• Software Engineer will seek to integrate hardware, software and conduct debugging test.
• Software Developer will work to maintain code for embedded devices and client-server systems.

• MINIMUM of BSEE, CS,CE or related discipline AND six (6) plus years professional software programming experience
• Minimum of five (5) plus years writing Java code for embedded devices.
• Minimum of two (2) plus years C/C++ coding for embedded devices
• Working knowledge of registers, IO-devices, system interrupts, etc.
• Must be very comfortable with Linux OS, bash-shell, command-line tools, make and IDEs like Eclipse.
• Hands-on experience of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related Web development tools required

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) plus years of experience designing object-oriented systems and interfaces.
• Strong ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and application areas needed.
• Experience in wireless sensor networks or RFID technologies a plus..
