Yodle is searching for a dynamic Sales Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Sales Recruiters. Our Sales team is rapidly growing and we need your creativity and enthusiasm to lead our recruiting team to greatness. You will be responsible for owning the results and recruiting strategies to reach our hiring goals.
- Lead, motivate and support a team of recruiters/sourcers to successfully deliver on high volume monthly hiring targets
- Partner with sales leadership and to execute on monthly sales recruiting goals
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly goals and targets are attained by each recruiter and as a team
- Make continuous improvements and recommendations for new and creative recruiting ideas
- Track metrics to measure effectiveness and influence data-driven decision-making
- Evaluate, streamline, and optimize current hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, events, etc
- Partner closely with HR to ensure headcount alignment
Requirements:
- Experience leading high volume sales recruiting teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record in solving complex problems
- Ability to motivate and inspire the recruiting team and be resilient during high pressure recruiting cycles
- Ability to drive projects and build relationships with leadership
Minimum Experience Required:
- 10+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly high volume sales
- 3+ years’ experience managing a team
