Marketing Manager: Promotions & Events

Wilson Farm, Lexington, MA is a family-owned, agri-retail business with over 200 employees. We seek an experienced, hands-on, creative manager to lead our Promotions Department. This is a full time position (45-47.5 hours/week, Wednesday -- Sunday).* some weekends off as event calendar and coverage permits

• Develop and facilitate in-store and off-site promotions and events as well as seasonal activities to increase customer foot traffic and boost overall sales.
• Promote Wilson Farm branding, using public relations, advertising and community relations -- writing all collateral materials
• Maintain company website and social media presence
• Supervise small team -- scheduling and budget oversight
• Miscellaneous projects -- photograph products, maintain signage, designing for customer bags and other projects/assignments as created by you or management.

• 3-5 years relative experience in marketing and promotions - retail business, event planning or hospitality business is desirable!
• Experience in both PC and MAC environment Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Photo Shop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver as well as Microsoft Office
• Professional communication skills: verbal and written, sales and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred
