The Sr. Product Manager will need to thoughtfully monitor the P&L for their product(s), manage relationships with relevant vendors, and develop product marketing plans, competitive analysis and product roadmaps.
- Responsible for managing select products within the Build It For Me product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, product management, or marketing in an online environment.
- Core responsibilities include managing and communicating the value of their product(s) to all customers and prospects through relevant marketing activities, interacting with the sales team to promote the merchandising of his/her select products, interacting with Operations to ensure the on-time, and with quality, development of products, and interacting with Customer Support to provide retention tools and strategies as well as product support for customers.

Accountable for monitoring all sales, production, and churn numbers as well as carrying out initiatives to meet growth and efficiency needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities " Manage cross-functional project teams to rapidly drive large projects to completion. " Collect feedback on product positioning, competitors, and market development; must be knowledgeable about the industry landscape. " Identifying customer needs, and defining products and services to facilitate the fulfillment of those needs. " Promote baseline project plans and identify project dependencies. "

Communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders. " Monitor product performance and overall customer satisfaction. Recommend enhancements and manage project to completion. " Manage ongoing relationships with product vendors with the goal of leveraging vendor expertise and maximizing product performance. "
- Resolve customer escalations " Expected to occasionally interact with senior leaders within the Web.com organization as well as outside vendors. " Additional responsibilities may be added, as business needs change.
- Bachelors degree required in related field (marketing, business) " An MBA or Masters degree preferred "
- Minimum of five years working in product management " 7+ years of previous professional experience "
- Highly analytical and detail oriented "
- Self-starter, collaborative, and is adept at developing business strategies as well as being hands on
