Product Management Director

This position is part of the Growth organization in @WalmartLabs. The mission of the Growth organization is to advance Walmart eCommerce by driving higher value for our customers and vendor partners. We are seeking talented and self-driven individuals to join the Walmart Performance Ads team. The Walmart Performance Ads team owns the platform that enhances user experience while improving monetization on Walmart.com, by displaying highly contextual and targeted product advertisements to our customers. The team operates an end to end advertising platform that includes a scalable ad service that serves hundred of millions of impressions each day, sophisticated ad matching algorithms, real-time reports, self service interface for end to end program management etc.

Acts as the strategic leader for the product roadmap Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals Drives the delivery of all product area portfolios Optimizes product portfolios Provides overall direction for Product Management Secures cross-functional alignment and resources

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 9 years experience in eCommerce product management, management consulting, or related field OR 13 years experience in eCommerce product management, management consulting, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years supervisory experience.
