Client Services Advisor

Vonage is a publicly held provider of broadband VoIP services. Their technology enables anyone to make and receive phone calls with a touch tone telephone almost anywhere a broadband Internet connection is available.

The Client Services Advisor is responsible for account retention, renewals, and revenue growth in existing small to mid-size accounts. The Client Services Advisor primary function is to service support and sell into assigned base of existing customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The Client Services Advisor will actively identify opportunities to grow revenue into existing accounts. The position will interact, primarily over the phone, with customers on a regular basis both regionally and locally. The Client Services Advisor has ownership, accountability, and responsibility for success of the accounts and of ensuring that Vonage sustains incumbency in an existing account. The Client Services Advisor will be responsible for sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction among all locations of assigned national accounts.

• Retention of accounts through exceptional customer care and follow-up.
• Consistent attainment of revenue goals and quota attainment (MRC, NRC, and Net Seat Adds)
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison with assigned clients to ensure successful and timely completion of customer requests.
• Manage and reconcile many demands across internal diverse functional groups to achieve desired results for the benefit of the client.
• Conduct regularly, proactive service calls

Qualifications:

• Candidate should have strong sales skills and a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to build successful business relationships
