Hazel Hawkins is a 113 bed acute care hospital, located in Hollister, California. The Emergency Department is equipped with 18 beds and provides treatment to over 17,000 patients annually. The ED has 24 hours of physician coverage and 10 hours of Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) coverage daily. Here are some facts about Hazel Hawkins:

• California Medical License
• Current ACLS, ATLS and PALS certification
• DEA License with California registration
