Product Manager, CRM

As Product Manager, CRM you will drive innovation and design features for the Veeva product lines. This role is directly responsible for designing features that will provide rich user experience while maintaining a streamlined user interaction model. You will play a key role as the product expert within Veeva’s overall organization both from driving customer initiative through the Development team, as well as acting as a primary point of contact for the Sales, Services and Marketing teams.
- Drive strategic direction of the Veeva product lines
- Design innovative product features based upon industry requirements
- Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology
- Interact with Developers to drive product feature implementation
- Demonstrate product features to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support to all areas of the organization including Sales, SQA, Development & Services
- BS in science, engineering or business administration
- 3+ years experience in a Product Mgmt, Life Sciences Software Consulting, or similar role
- Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback from various sources, assessing root needs, and integrating into a cohesive design
- Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to learn new concepts and apply them quickly
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM product design and management
- Experience with large enterprise deployments of CRM systems
- Experience with Life Science industry
- Experience working on SaaS enterprise applications
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience writing detailed user stories, managing a backlog and product roadmap
