Digital Project Manager

Vector Media offers diverse Out-of-Home advertising opportunities, specializing in large format visual communications.

• Manage several projects at once that are in different phases of design or development

• Communicate project status on a regular basis to all relevant stakeholders

• Facilitate between the client and the design and development teams

• Document project requirements during kickoff and status calls

• Participate in client workshops by taking detailed notes

• Act as the client voice throughout the project to help guide internal discussions

• Report on the budgetary and schedule status of each project

• Organize any and all documentation, design files, or specs received from client

• Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Maintain and update all project work in JIRA

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience managing the design and development processes on all types of websites -- from simple informational sites to robust ecommerce solutions.

• Knowledge of issue tracking software and the Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus, but not a requirement; we use JIRA on all projects.

• Fluent in English

• Able to communicate well verbally and in writing

• Experience as a member of a company’s Project Management team

• Experience working with an issue tracking system; JIRA experience is helpful but not a requirement.

• Experience in a design or development related agency

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is helpful but not a requirement

• Intermediate/Advanced experience with MS Office products

• Experience reviewing delivered designs utilizing Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Acrobat)

• Great customer service skills
