Customer Service Representative

- Answering inbound tracking & customer service calls
- Handling returns, warranties, damage, wrong & missing items
- Order status
- Customer emails
- Customer satisfaction on a daily basis
- High School Diploma, some college preferred
- 2 years + customer service or sales experience
- Up beat, enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick thinking with positive attitude
- Computer skills with typing minimal 45 wpm
- Excellent communication/organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate exceptional problem solving
- Can work as a team or independently
- Take initiative and follow thru on tasks
- Phone and email etiquette
- Punctual and reliable with independent transportation
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm & some Saturdays
Additional Notes on Compensation
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 per Hour
