Customer Service Representative

Vaco partners with clients on critical projects and strategic talent acquisitions in the areas of finance, accounting, technology, healthcare, general administration and more.

• Answering inbound tracking & customer service calls
• Handling returns, warranties, damage, wrong & missing items
• Order status
• Customer emails
• Customer satisfaction on a daily basis

• High School Diploma, some college preferred
• 2 years + customer service or sales experience
• Up beat, enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick thinking with positive attitude
• Computer skills with typing minimal 45 wpm
• Excellent communication/organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate exceptional problem solving
• Can work as a team or independently
• Take initiative and follow thru on tasks
• Phone and email etiquette
• Punctual and reliable with independent transportation
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm & some Saturdays
