- You will create and deliver accurate and timely ad hoc and routine reports to measure campaign efficiency and effectiveness and measure ROI of marketing activities.
- You will conduct cross channel, cross media marketing analysis and provide action-oriented recommendations to the Marketing team.
- You will monitor daily metrics to identify issues or red-flags early, and then work with appropriate groups to remedy the situation.
- You will partner with the marketing team to ensure that campaign tracking is properly set-up for all on-line and off-line channels.
- You will have strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to help enhance the consumer funnel.
- You have experience with advanced visualization and in-memory Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau and Looker.
- You have excellent problem solving, analytical, research and communication skills.
- Predictive modeling techniques and programming languages are a plus.
- You will play a critical role in helping the marketing team analyze each piece of the conversion funnel in order to optimize all pieces of the process to contribute to growth and campaign performance.
- You have experience working with marketing analytics reporting including implementation, mining and interpreting data to help improve marketing outcomes and prove marketing campaign ROI.
- You have experience with on-line and off-line marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing key metrics, providing insights about performance data, and highlighting how reporting data aligns with defined business goals and metrics.
- You are a Google Analytics super star with strong Excel and Tableau skills. Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- You have experience working with DMPs and DSPs and have the ability to report on multi-channel attribution models.
- You have experience working in marketing at a small company and understand what working at a startup entails.
- You have 5years of experience with complex marketing analytics, you’re looking to get in on the ground floor of a well-funded startup with a proven leadership team, and you have a passion for developing marketing reporting platforms.
