Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

• Gather and analyze business requirements documents
• Develop technical specifications and design documents
• Program analytics to detect fraud, waste, abuse and error in healthcare claims

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience programming healthcare payment integrity analytics and working with large data sets
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in medical coding concepts (CPT, ICD - 9 / 10 coding, HCPCS and DRGs)
• 2+ years of advanced level proficiency in SQL programming
• 2+ years of professional experience in a large, enterprise environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical claim billing / coding experience or certification (AAPC/CPC)
• Oracle PL / SQL coding experience
