Summary

Help Desk Representative provides Tier 1 technical support to both TriZetto associates and clients. Support includes answering incoming calls and working assigned incidents with a focus on account provisioning and troubleshooting. This position will be required to participate in a 24x7 on-call and Saturday rotation to include weekends and holidays. Candidate must be willing and available to work non-standard shifts for defined coverage times on short notice and/or for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
  • Providing customer service support for TriZetto’s customers and internal associates.
  • Handling incoming customer calls and incidents with a 90% resolution rate for assigned clients or area of expertise.
  • Having excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting access and technical issues while gathering pertinent information to resolve or escalate the problem.
Ideal Candidate
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to multitask as priorities change with a high completion and accuracy rate
  • High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of seven months to two years' related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Databases, and Applications.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask as priorities change.
  • Limited travel.
