Full Stack Engineering Lead

TripleLift is seeking an experienced engineering team lead to join our full stack web development team full time. We are a fast growing startup in the advertising technology sector, trying to tackle some of the most challenging problems facing the industry. As a leader, you and your team will be primarily be responsible for creating enterprise-level applications that clients and partners use to monitor and manage campaigns and performance. As an engineering organization, we are highly collaborative and focused on code quality and extensibility.

• Manage the technology and people in the full stack engineering team;
• Work with product and business stakeholders to prioritize and implement new features;
• Manage the product development process, following Agile methodologies and patterns;
• Collaborate with UX and Product teams to implement robust, data-driven UI;
• Function as a technical leader, planning and architecting applications from the ground up with your team
• Work with solutions and backend engineering teams to deliver new products and ensure the success of our customers’ campaigns;
• Mentor and support your direct reports, ensuring they can acheive their maximum potential.

• Experience leading an engineering team or project on your own;
• An understanding of Agile development philosophies and how to implement them in a development team;
• Strong technical programming skills utilizing a variety of different coding languages and tools;
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments;
• Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight;

Education Requirement

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science,or a related discipline is preferred, although candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Experience Requirement

• 6+ years of working in a professional, collaborative environment. Must have some experience in a leadership or managerial role.
