Front End Developer

Tresta is a start up bloomed from a successful business that’s been operating for over 25 years. With 135 employees and over 15,000 customers, we know a thing or two about technology. Through our two brands, tresta.com and patlive.com, we are improving the way businesses communicate by offering cloud-based phone systems and award winning virtual receptionist services.

Tresta is looking for a smart, proactive developer who has a genuine love for problem solving. While our Tech team is a small group (15 people), its impact throughout the company is huge, and we want the kind of person who gets excited about the opportunity to play a key role in what’s happening. As part of this team, you will build, deploy, and maintain web-based communication services used by over 15,000 customers across North America. In addition, you’ll work closely with our marketing team to keep pushing our websites (tresta.com and patlive.com) forward with new pages, features, and the occasional total overhaul.

• Mainly focus on front end development in ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• It'll be a plus if you can do occasional backend and database development in C#, MS SQL Server, and MySQL …if you know some VB6, too, that’s awesome
• Spend some time on application monitoring and optimization to improve availability, scalability, performance, etc
• Provide tier 3 support researching and resolving customer problems

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• We’d like 2 - 4 years of experience, but we’re more concerned with finding a person who is really smart, driven, and able to wow us with their coding skills:
