Users can place small, affordable Tiles on wallets, purses, computers, luggage, etc., allowing them to communicate within the world’s largest lost and found network.
Reporting to Director of Sales Operations, the Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection and retention of Sales and Channel Sales data and will provide reporting and analysis for the Revenue Team. This will include executive reporting of sales and channel marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity.He / She must develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Track and analyze key metrics – pipeline growth, quota attainment.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report weekly sales forecasts and roll up each week’s numbers to Sales Management.
- Implements and manages reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
- Evaluate sales performance measured against sales quotas.
- Assist in developing and reviewing the sales plan and rolling sales forecast including sales to budget variance analysis.
- Analyze business segments to determine profitability and establish a baseline for recommending product, promotion, distribution, and price changes.
- Coordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels.
- Conduct complex quantitative analysis including but not limited to ROI, trending and identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling.
- Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Pricing.
- Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business.
- Support creation of the annual budget, forecasts and customer sales plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
- 5+ years related job experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions is a plus.
- Excellent systems skills including Excel & PowerPoint are required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
