Real Estate Research Analyst

The Real Estate Research Analyst is responsible for using data & analytics to frame, structure and prioritize real estate decisions for TJX’s executive leadership team. We are seeking team members who are creative problem-solvers and drive to solutions to optimize TJX’s growth strategy. Ideal candidates are self-starters, motivated by complex problems, and can communicate key messages effectively to others, from peers to executives.

• Contribute to the development of robust corporate growth strategies and initiatives for domestic and international divisions
• Leverage demographic trends, cannibalization analysis, market prioritization, financial reporting, In-fill strategies and individual market optimization to guide business decisions
• Synthesize key messages into business solutions and communicate effectively to an executive audience
• Support Real Estate Directors and Vice Presidents in preparing Real Estate deal proposals for Executive Committee each month; own the data analyses that make the case
• Design & build report functionalities; propose & develop studies within a GIS environment.

• Exceptional ability to gather, analyze and present statistical, demographic and financial data.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• 1-3 years in real estate/site selection analysis strongly preferred
• Experience in Financial analysis a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access
• Working knowledge of the following is helpful; GIS principles, APT Statistical Software, Alteryx
