The HR Generalist is responsible to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Company policies, procedures and documentation. This position will be considered the lead HR Generalist for the belt group.
- Business partnering with employees and pay managers
- Performance management (goals, interim reviews, performance assesments)
- Talent Management & Succession Planning for the business
- Associate Relations (girevance, disciplinary actions, compliance) & Labor Relations for bargaining unit
- HRIS and workforce reporting, headcount and data analysis
- Benefits Administration
- Support to multiple facilities. The position will require some travel between the facilities.
BS in Human Resources Management, knowledgeable of employment laws and practices, minimum of 3-5 years in HR Administration; preferred PHR or SPHR certification with experience in a labor environment helpful. Must be a self-starter with good development and facilitation skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be fluid in verbal and written communications and presentations.
