Technical Sales Rep - Density Instrumentation

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for direct sales of analytical instrumentation and services to customers covering Northern Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota with the ideal candidate currently living in Chicago, IL or nearby.
Primary responsibilities include both the effective management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new accounts.
- The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and be cable of communicating equally well with Ph.D. level scientists and QC technicians.
- The selected candidate should possess a B.S. degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or similar technical field and experience in technical sales of analytical instrumentation.
- Overnight travel is approximately 40% - 50%.
