Responsibilities
  • Basic administrative duties.
  • AM audit.
  • Heavy telephones and taking event/hotel reservations.
  • Distributing club mail.
  • Assisting members and guests with luggage.
  • Delivering packages or amenities to guest rooms
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Fluent oral and written English communication skills required.
  • Flexible schedule required.
  • Candidates must possess outstanding customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette, and be well organized.
  • Strong administrative skills including basic computer skills and strong telephone skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Reports to Assistant City Clubhouse Manager
