Responsibilities

* Achieving company KPI's around time to market, budget, and realization of revenues from released product offering, cost management, and yield
* Product(s) delivery against business plan and budget
* Adherence to company standards set in cooperation with COE's and active participation in the continuous improvement of our practices
* Demonstrated Leadership - including ability to influence and ability to effectively bring staff along in large scale organizational change programs
* Accountable for fulfilling business goals, meeting budgets, maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and customer position
* Responsible for developing operational policies in support of strategic objectives
* Responsible for cultivating cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic relationships with management in other lines of business including Product Development, Product Marketing, Support, Finance and Sales
* Interacts with executive levels both internally and externally regarding matters that influence solutions and implementation of ongoing growth strategies
* Assesses and manages business risks in pursuit of overall business goals
* Is accountable for managing a substantive and profitable revenue stream and customer base. Typically manages multiple project/program managers and/or senior level individual contributors. Serves as advisor or project sponsor role for complex engagements

Ideal Candidate

* Expert change manager; experience with leading large scale organizational transformation to new technologies and practices
* Commercial insight and acumen to be able to bridge understanding between technology teams and commercial teams
* Minimum of 15 years' experience leading software development and delivery in the field of product innovation and delivery, in a large global organization, including:
* 8+ years application development experience required
* Experience in quality management, technical strategy, architecture, project management, and business governance
* Experience in managing and delivering multiple concurrently multi-million dollar projects annually
* Proven track record of driving change and managing high performing product and technology teams in a multinational, distributed and complex matrix environments, including working within/between environments using legacy TPF and new technologies
* Experience moving strategic transaction process to Cloud to gain speed and flexibility.
* Experience with mobile, consumer facing products beneficial
* Articulate, able to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and media
* Senior executive interaction experience and stature
* An executive level MBA would be preferable but this is second to demonstrated experience as a senior leader of technology organisations, as outlined in the points above
