Judge Executive Search is currently seeking an International Sales Manager (Radar Systems) for a Major Manufacturer in the Aerospace / Aviation industries. This role will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts through sourcing, obtaining and developing business, sales of products and services, and special projects.
- The right candidate will have experience with air traffic and or radar systems
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
- Participates in formulating and developing long-range sales and marketing goals and objectives.
- Sources new business with current and new customers, to meet defined sales goals of product and service. Creates and submits reports of progress and achievements on a bi-weekly basis.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Performs special projects and related duties as assigned.
- Five or more years of sales experience working with air traffic and or radar systems
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to effectively present information and response to questions from managers, clients, customers and general public
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with both internal and external customers
- Ability to travel 75% with international travel a possibility
- US Citizen
- Be willing to relocate to the Midwest or live near a major international airport
Additional Notes on Compensation
$80,000 to $150,000
