Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.
TED is seeking a motivated Digital Media Planner to support our Global Partnerships team. This person will be directly involved in the planning and executing of online campaigns for our clients. This is a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity to learn, be creative, and gain critical experience.
- Manage digital campaigns and inventory for all TED partnership product offerings
- Develop models and forecasting for all areas of partnership revenue
- Support Account Executives and Associates in creating media plans to meet both internal and external requirements
- Work with Data Analyst and provide updates and analysis for revenue tracking, inventory
- Generate IO’s from Salesforce
- Work with Director on discount/adjustment allocations/ inventory issues
- Master Digital & Conference Status Document and updates for Directors
- Create sample plans for new opportunities, standard media plans and communicate to Development team
- Provide screen shots, optimizations and other campaign maintenance to ensure success of delivery
- Act as liaison between Ad Ops and Development team to manage workflow and ownership
- Assist with billing and invoice discussions with CFO and Director
- Provide support to Partnership Development
- Team/management and complete additional projects as directed
- Provide consistent customer service both externally, to our current and potential partners, as well as internally to the Partnership Development team
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field required, knowledge and understanding of digital media required
- Familiarity with Google DFP and Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be outgoing, organized, efficient, team player and a strategic thinker
- Clarity and professionalism in all client and internal communications
- Proficient in various computer software (Microsoft Word for Mac, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, MRI, Google DFP and Google Analytics)
- Can-do attitude
