Production Associate

Tecton Products began in 1990 in Fargo, ND as a partnership with Marvin Windows and Doors. Today, we are proud to be one of the foremost innovators of cutting-edge pultruded fiberglass products. We have grown into two manufacturing facilities with a team of over 250.

• This position inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepares shipping labels, and packs product.
• Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met and preparing equipment/materials for production runs.
• Once trained, provide mentoring and training to new associates.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

• Outstanding attendance, an ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills and basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12 hour shifts
• Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment
