Responsibilities
  • Perform the billing function and the collections payable function for the TeleCheck division of Financial.
  • Maintain the integrity of the billing system(s).
  • Duties will include reconciliation of large amounts of data, research of customer disputes, research and processing of customer payments.
  • Provide custom and standard reporting for internal and external purposes.
  • Analyze invoice discrepancies.
  • Communicate as appropriate with internal departments, merchants, and/or banks regarding payments, invoices, discrepancies, outstanding AR or other reporting needs.
  • Create, analyze and reconcile aging schedules, billing, and warranty reports.
  • Assist in month end close process.
  • Provide documentation to internal and external auditors upon request. Assist with invoice research and process improvements to reduce billing errors and outstanding AR.
Ideal Candidate
  • Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Microsoft Excel a must.
  • Microsoft Access preferred.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years financial accounting experience.
