Finance Accounting Specialist

* Perform the billing function and the collections payable function for the TeleCheck division of Financial. * Maintain the integrity of the billing system(s). * Duties will include reconciliation of large amounts of data, research of customer disputes, research and processing of customer payments. * Provide custom and standard reporting for internal and external purposes. * Analyze invoice discrepancies. * Communicate as appropriate with internal departments, merchants, and/or banks regarding payments, invoices, discrepancies, outstanding AR or other reporting needs. * Create, analyze and reconcile aging schedules, billing, and warranty reports. * Assist in month end close process. * Provide documentation to internal and external auditors upon request. Assist with invoice research and process improvements to reduce billing errors and outstanding AR.

* Administration or equivalent work experience. * Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Candidate must be detail oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills. * Microsoft Excel a must. * Microsoft Access preferred. * Other duties as assigned by management. **Candidate Requirements** * Bachelor s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years financial accounting experience.
