Summary

The Project Manager will be a part of the Project Management Office at Take-Two and will be responsible for end to end management of several projects with varying levels of complexity as defined by 2K Games IT and Security leadership in Novato California.?

Responsibilities

Overall management and end-to-end delivery of large, complex, multi-staged Information Security and IT projects according to the IT PMO Methodology.?
Facilitation of agenda and meetings between Take-Two and 2K resources per project requirements
Creation and maintainance various levels of documentation, ranging from team updates to executive communications
Proactive and Reactive communication with end users and technology teams, gathering information, diagnosing issues, and providing regular and timely updates to the teams and management.
Response to critical requests during off hours to management team

* Ability to understand and analyze financial data e.g. costs/ benefits analysis, ROI, capitalization rules, etc.
* Ability to generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or other related major
* At least 5 years of direct experience managing IT or Security projects with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
* PMI membership and PMP certification is a plus
* Demonstrated experience in motivating team members.
* Demonstrated experience of infrastructure technologies including network, telecommunications, virtualization and distributed computing platforms, and application development.
* Demonstrated experience with enterprise level security solutions, including but not limited to solutions related to identity and access management, security event and information management systems, network and host access control systems
* Demonstrated experience with traditional and agile project management techniques
* Demonstrated experience in multiple project management tools  including and not limited to a PPM system, Visio, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
* Demonstrated knowledge of change management practices
