TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking an Imaging Administrator for one of our clients in Albany, NY.
- Receives, sorts and logs incoming and outgoing mail including application, renewal and other forms.
- Prepares and batches documents utilizing a high speed scanner and selects the appropriate job profiles for best image quality results
- Retrieves document images and electronic data from case records and image databases
- Researches case identity from case records; validates and links documents to case records as appropriate
- Performs data entry as needed to create cases
- Routes documents electronically to appropriate work queue.
- Logs returned packets and letters with bad address flag
- Batches incoming mail by document type
- Distributes internal mail and documents
- Prepares and mails documents and materials
- Accurately records production volume and time management data
- Monitors quality of images and work and marks documents for rescan as necessary
- Monitors workflow and takes inventory of work
- Maintains the scanner in proper work order, troubleshoots minor scanner problems and reports potential issues
- Follows documented specific work instructions and is able to meet and achieve set production standards
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent certification.
- Experience with scanning equipment, document control, data entry, data matching or a related field preferred.
- Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills, excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions; ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people; ability to quickly learn new software programs; ability to comfortably perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex task simultaneously; and ability to work in a team environment and independently.
- Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs, push/pull 50 lbs; stand for five or more hours
