TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Brea, CA.
See responsibilities and ideal candidate
- Partner with internal marketing and communications teams to define business requirements and design specification for websites to enhance web user experience.
- Work with technical teams to develop solution in web content management system with integrations with back-end core technology systems.
- Develop functional / technical documentation for business and technical team respectively for sign-off before implementation. Technical documentations would need to cover user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes.
- Ensure all functionalities developed meet technical and functional requirements.
- 3+ years’ experience as an analyst for a large web development project preferably using Web Content Management System (CMS) such as SiteCore
- Has worked on web projects related to personalized shopping experience
- Managing day-to-day operational task of a web project. Knowledge of website designs, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes. Strong analytics background with emphases on social media marketing. Experience with Social Media Experience with web analytics packages such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, Sitecore DMS, etc.
- Experience with email marketing solutions such as ExactTarget, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
- Good understanding of SEO best practices to assist digital marketing team with site and campaign optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with the project stakeholders and the technical teams in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Agile SDLC methodology
Desired Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Sitecore
- Salesforce
- Knowledge of web technologies including CMS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, Web Services, .Net Framework, basic SQL, etc. is a plus.
