Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Execute our manual and automated test plans to validate software functionality and user documentation

• Analyze results (documentation issues, setup issues, software bugs, etc)

• Report and track defects resulting from the test effort in a bug tracking tool.

• Work with software developers and other team members to help root-cause any issues found.

• Ensure all timelines are met according to department processes.

• Document deviations to procedures.

• Provide status reports to project test lead

Qualifications:

• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Computer Science program are preferred.

• C#, C++ programming experience is a plus.

• Working knowledge of Word and Excel, Outlook

• Knowledge of software life cycle is a plus.

• Must be task oriented and focused, with attention to detail accuracy. Must be reliable with excellent interpersonal, coordination and verbal/written communication skills

• 2 years experience is suitable
