Diesel Mechanic

Synagro Technologies, Inc. provides waste capture and conversion services to municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities in the United States. The company provides a system of solutions for civic and commercial organizations that recycles industrial and municipal waste, as well as organic by-products into environmentally sustainable resources.

Perform all mechanical maintenance on fleet equipment, including, but not limited to, road tractors, trailers, containers, loading apparatus, and farm tractors.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, recondition, and service equipment systems and components.
• Communicate findings and make recommendations to management.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3-5 years mechanical and electrical experience with heavy trucks, trailers, heavy equipment (loaders, dozers, spreaders)
• Ability to fabricate and weld preferred
