As the Managing Creative Director of our Products team, you will work side-by-side with internal champions and executives, along with customers and super fans, to define and lead the design process and creative vision for our products—from idea generation, research and concept sketches, through the development of the user experience and visual design.

- Passion for and comfort with paper, coupled with a keen eye and developed expertise in digital (desktop-and mobile-optimized)
- Remarkable emotional intelligence, with a relaxed demeanor, playful side, and tireless drive
- An ability to serve multiple clients (internal and external) while partnering with UX and product leads to build compelling creative assets
- A blend of hands-on doer, leader and coaching inclinations, coupled with joy in small team management
- A capacity to work iteratively, quickly, collaboratively
- The knowledge to draw at all times from a wide range of visual and cultural references to define subjects and articulate ideas
- Mastery of all the expected tools and tricks (Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Sketch, etc.)
- A maker spirit, playful but methodical
- Ability to work successfully in a multi-project, deadline-driven environment
- 8+ years of leadership experience in art and creative direction
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience *
