Clinical & Commercial Fill/Finish Operations:

Coordination of Drug Substance and DP shipments to and from supplier to organization and third party vendors

All relevant paperwork and associated with the shipment from the supplier and organization

Work with Clinical/commercial planning and logistics to organize all material
-
OPM: AM generation and confirmation and closure of batches
-
PO and invoice tracking
-
DS and DP inventory management
-
Entry of change controls & deviations
Devices:
-
Compilation & delivery of monthly forecasts to 3rd party vendor
-
Tracking of forecast vs. make index.
-
Coordination of syringe shipments for development & commercial release use.
-
Initiate non-conformances & collaborate cross-functionally to ensure closure in a timely manner
-
PO and invoice tracking
-
Entering of vendor change notifications into GCC system
-
OPM: AM generation & confirmation and closure of batches
Small Molecule DP:
-
AGILE – BOM control, item specifications and GCC assistance
-
Deviations support
-
Potential assistance with SCALE implementation
-
EM Supply Chain Activities:
-
Vendor capabilities mapped (equipment, costs, timing, etc.) with supply chain process flows
-
Data gathering/maintenance for EMR/dashboard/performance reviews
-
Sharenet maintenance
-
Previous supply chain experience in directly related role, device or bio/pharma experience preferred. Bio/pharma experience in either small or large molecule production is relevant for this role.

Organization skills, written and verbal communication skills

Requires adaptability and the ability to learn quickly

MS Office proficiency is required

Experience with Trackwise is a plus
-
Experience with Contract Manufacturing Outsourcing (CMO) is a plus.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Life Science, Quality, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field)

Bachelor – 1-3 years of experience
-
Masters – 0 – 2 years of experience
