Summary

Sterling Talent Solutions is currently seeking motivated, professional Regional Sales Executives to join our inside sales team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and selling solutions directly to potential clients and ensuring closed loop communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Cold call, prospect, and cultivate leads using Sterling's database and other methods to develop relationships in the Quebec market
  • Assess prospects and develop strategies and presentations accordingly
  • Understand our client / prospects' organizational dynamics and probe to discover needs and key decision makers
  • Perform analysis of prospect's business processes and design solutions that best meet customer requirements
  • Ask questions that challenge the prospects' perceptions and lead them to our solution
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals and advice
  • Articulate complex concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
  • Coordinate processes with internal, external and/or third parties when necessary
  • Participate in regular structured sales and business training programs to improve sales performance
  • Work hard to achieve defined personal objectives and revenue goals
  • Contribute effectively to team performance, adopt best practice and strive for winning behaviors everyday
Ideal Candidate

Required Skills:

  • Experience selling software/ web-delivered or related services
  • Experience selling to Human Resource leaders a plus
  • Proof of consistently achieving or surpassing annual quotas
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to personally sell and build your income
  • Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling
  • An organized, detail-oriented professional

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of business to business sales experience
