Spherical is looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in bridging the work of our website development and marketing teams. This person will be the main client services contact at Spherical and communicate with clients on a daily basis to manage expectations and ensure timely execution of marketing requests. The Account Manager will take full ownership of their specialized clients, becoming deeply involved in both the strategy and creative initiatives.
- Take responsibility for the client’s marketing goals, having a hand both in the development of digital strategy and creating content
- Field daily client requests daily
- Communicate with development team on client requests to produce accurate timelines
- Manage outstanding development items
- Dedicated account manager for individual clients
The ideal candidate is highly organized and has social media and digital marketing experience with a familiarity with content marketing and SEO. Experience with the travel and hospitality industry is a huge plus.
- 1-3 years of account management experience
- Highly, obsessively organized
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Hands-on content marketing experience
- Knowledge of social media marketing
- Knowledge of SEO basics
- Knowledge of website project planning
- Digital marketing agency experience desired
