Assistant Marketing Manager

SPARGO, Inc is a full-service event management company providing clients with innovative, attentive management and sales services, nationally and internationally, since 1973.

• We have an opening for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will work on projects to support the Defense, Government and Industry marketing team.
• This will involve assisting with the execution of marketing communications and tactics to generate sales leads for expositions, and additional projects as needed.
• Other duties include, but are not limited to assisting with the management, development, and updating of the Salesforce prospect database.
• This person must be able to work on multiple tasks in various stages.

• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• 2 years experience in the exposition industry is helpful, but not required
• Experience writing marketing copy
• Experience directing the design of marketing collateral
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience with social media; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook Experience with SalesForce, HubSpot, Real Magnet or other email marketing program helpful
