• Lead a team of developers in delivering new products and technology
• Run at scale, deploying core technologies and new products for thousands of customers
• Drive continuous and rapid delivery of software
• Work with senior management and internal teams to ensure requirements are realized and delivered in a timely fashion
• Make important architecture and technology stack decisions
• Hire, retain and mentor top talent
• Problem solve and drive operational improvements to optimize software delivery

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-10 years experience in B2B and cloud technology
• Knowledge of big data, search, content management and analytics is key
• Ability to manage a geographically distributed team
• Exposure to functional programming (ie. Clojure) and frontend tools (Ruby, React.js, etc.)
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch, Docker and Chef as enabling technologies is a plus
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Demonstrated ability in bringing new products to market
