SmugMug is seeking our next UX Design Superstar — someone who’ll bring their unique work/life experience, their passion for anything post-modern, and a wholehearted willingness to let their geek flag fly— all to strengthen our already awesome team of design demigods. • Align with the Design team to ensure visual and brand consistency
• • Communicate effectively with Product teams to understand or recommend scope and limitations
• • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are built accurately to spec
• • Design user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces for cross-device experiences
• • Share and present workflows, wireframes, and designs across multiple teams
• • Research and benchmark latest UX designs and standard practices
• • Own, self manage, and deliver a project from wireframes, designs and through development

• • 4 or more years of UX design experience
• • Exceptional design skills, with acute attention to detail
• • A Portfolio that communicates a clean visual design sense
• • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• • Strong working knowledge of Sketch and Invision
• • Ability to take a product concept from wireframe to high fidelity design mocks
• • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• • Understand the visual and the functional aspects of Web/Mobile design
• • Self managing problem solving A passion for photography
