Talent Acquisition, as it’s come be called in those tens of thousands of companies, shapes the company those companies will become. Thus an understaffed, under-supported and overwhelmed set of recruiters struggles with outdated tracking systems, email and spreadsheets, dozens of job boards and LinkedIn, angry and recalcitrant hiring managers (and their VPs), and passive candidates they can’t seem to reach.

Responsibilities

Your job is to explain to the relevant personas why a simple system upgrade can transform that reality, why an easy-to-implement force multiplier for TA can triple recruiter productivity and qualified candidate flow alike, indeed how their company can become a talent economy winner.

Your other job is lead a team of smart and scrappy PMMs to punch above their weight class. It’s a good team, ready for a leader to lead them to greatness.

The successful candidate will be a terrific presenter, able to write collateral pieces in a single sitting, competitively hungry, DemGen savvy, sales oriented and customer centric. She or he will also be the type of teammate and leader who makes others better.

Ideal Candidate
  • 3-5 years of brightly successful B2B TA, HCM, HR or similar industry, product marketing experience, with a portfolio to prove it
  • Outstanding collateral development talents and skills. Decks, documents, models and pages spring from your mind and fingers. Packaging, pricing, competitive intelligence and AR are among your fortes
  • Marketing flair, conceptually if not graphically, including being a terrific launch marketer
  • Successful team leadership track record
  • Recruiting software experience highly desired
  • Educational parchment irrelevant, but dazzling professional track record is heavily favored
  • Outstanding copy editing and overall attention-to-detail; A good eye for great graphics helps
