Telephone Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Telephone Sales Representative to join our team. Qualified candidates should possess a solid understanding of customer focused selling skills, and the ability to demonstrate strong product knowledge and handle sales resistance issues. The primary function of a Telephone Sales Representative is to help the company meet goals through growing and retaining previous customers and securing future orders.
- Results oriented and self-directed, with the ability to work independently while keeping direct supervisor abreast of campaign status and market conditions.
- An ability to work in a consultative sales environment and balance both short and long term strategic goals.
- Be motivated, willing to work collaboratively and continually seek opportunities for continued development.
- Demonstrate solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with all levels of an organization. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. General computer and typing skills are a must.
- Be customer service oriented and meet and/or exceed customers’ expectations in service and communication.
- Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience required; consultative telephone sales experience preferred.
- Order entry experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred. Dental knowledge a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Notes on Compensation
We understand the importance of intellectual growth and offers a tuition reimbursement program that expands learning beyond job-related courses. First-year qualified candidates can earn $35-40K when considering salary and bonus.
