Do you love numbers? Does finding patterns in data excite you? As a Digital Analyst, you will be working alongside a world class Strategy and Editorial team on one of Skyword's premier technology clients. Your role: use data to tell success stories. Be an advisor to clients - showing them how to measure success. Dive deep into the numbers to uncover insights that fuel the program's evolution. Help Skyword's Services team uncover the true ROI of content!
- Support key client programs in measuring the ROI of content marketing programs
- Partner with external analytics stakeholders on client and agency teams
- Communicate goal and conversion tracking requirements and configuration needs
- Consistently track, measure and report on all aspects of the content marketing program
- Use Marketing Automation tools to deliver value and leading client experiences
- Design, build and maintain reporting around conversion activity
- Use data to provide strategy direction to evolve a client’s content marketing program
- Work with cross functional teams to manage and present monthly, quarterly and annual metrics and analysis on content marketing program performance
- Implement conversion points for clients without their own analytics team
- Pull and utilize data to evaluate audience journey’s across multiple channels
- Work with other teams such as Editorial and Creative to create new content recommendations that drive business results
- 4+ years of relevant experience in reporting & data analytics
- Experience with multiple reporting/analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Ability to create campaigns and events within reporting/analytics tools
- Ability to identify solutions that minimize manual processes when extracting and manipulating data
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Must be able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effectively prioritize tasks and meet client requirements for timeliness and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and own end to end responsibilities for project execution
- Ability to manage and work with both technical and non-technical team members and clients
- Proven ability at engaging and influencing functional leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
- Four-year degree is required (Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or other quantitative discipline)
- Google Analytics certification (Adobe Analytics experience is preferred)
- Eloqua and Marketo experience required (Paradot is preferred)
- CRM Analytics experience
- Highly numerical mindset
