- Subject matter expert in Exchange 2010.
- Subject matter expert in Active Directory.
- Experience with VMware vSphere.
- Experience with SAN storage systems.
- Provide 24x7 global 3rd level support for the IT infrastructure.
- Proactively monitor operational status, capacity, and performance of supported infrastructure, ensuring that they remain within acceptable limits.
- Administrate systems and servers to ensure availability of service to authorized users.
- Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Maintain and test Disaster Recovery procedures on a Quarterly basis.
- Ensure high quality documentation for supported infrastructure is developed and maintained.
- Provide assessment of new opportunities and their estimated cost.
- Ensure SOX and other legal and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure area
- Additional support for Exchange, Active Directory, Windows, and Backup/Recovery systems.
- Experience with Windows 2008/2012, Exchange 2010, and Active Directory 2008.
- Technical experience in vSphere ESXi 5.X and Storage administration
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, including listening skills and an open attitude toward constructive feedback.
- Ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to travel to other locations (both domestic and international) as needed.
- Proficiency in PowerShell commandlets, scripting, and general automation activities is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Systems with increasing responsibilities.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and leverage logical deduction to resolve problems.
- Strong customer support and general communication skills.
- A great attitude with a propensity to learn and apply new skills.
- Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience.
