Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Customer Development Specialist to work full-time in the Norfolk, VA area.

• Responsible for creating customer and market development strategies in support of the corporation's strategic plan.
• Uses advanced customer relationship management (CRM) technology to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for customer prospecting and customer retention.
• Responsible for analyzing customer data to effectively build customer and business process work flows that will improve the customer experience and engage customers with products and services.
• This position must have the ability to self-manage and lead projects from conception to completion.
