Content Marketing Intern

Founded in 2009, SendGrid is an industry-disrupting, cloud-based customer communication platform that solves the challenges of reliably delivering emails on behalf of our customers. We deliver over 33 billion emails a month for customers like Airbnb, Spotify, and Uber.

• Contribute original articles to our best practices blog on a weekly basis
• Perform weekly blog analysis and market research to identify areas for optimization
• Help edit and write our customer and prospect email communications
• Assist with the creation of new visual and media releases (webcasts, SlideShares, and thought leadership videos)
• Help schedule our monthly editorial calendar and attend relevant product, marketing, and sales meetings to help with planning
• Assist with cross-departmental copyediting requests
• Research and write a best practices guide that will be showcased in our resources library
• Help identify new content channels for us to distribute our visual and written content

• Super detail-oriented and leave no stone unturned when editing
• Driven to see your writing make a direct impact on revenue and have demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic in your approach to content creation
• Able to write under short deadlines
• Excited to contribute your voice to SendGrid’s content
• Ready to join an energetic, fast-paced team
• Preferably pursuing an English or Computer Science degree
