The software developer leads or works as part of a project team to develop software applications with varying complexity that meet or exceed internal customer expectations. It will include coaching, mentoring and providing work direction to other developers. This role will support the procure-to-pay and financial business systems.

The Software Developer is responsible for application design, implementation, and support in the following areas:

Technical Skills:

• Primary Coding Languages: Pl/SQL, Java, Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework)
• Oracle E-Business Suite
• Tier II/III Support and participate in 24/7 on call rotation.

Leadership Skills:

• Provide input into team and project meetings.
• Coach and grow partners by providing direct feedback and mentoring.
• Participate in hiring processes.
• Effectively use and manage outside consultants.
• Participate in educational, personal growth, and cross-training opportunities.
• Participate in long range strategy and policy development to address complex business issues.

Tactical Skills:

• Initiate, lead, and implement process improvement opportunities
• Provide technical and business information, support, and training to Schreiber Partners
• Follow and demonstrate an understanding of application development processes and methodologies.
• Participate in the physical development of applications through programming, testing, preparing, and documenting
• Participate in the development of general design of information systems
• Follow schedules to meet task deadlines
• Research problems, define changes, prepare, test, and install changes
• Create and update technical design specifications while documenting steps through the development process and create work plans
• Work with other developers to create accurate estimates of hours needed to complete assigned tasks
• Provide input into software selections to meet functional business requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of Software Development experience required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules and Financial concepts.
• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities. High energy.
• Strong ability to analyze user requirements and create designs.
• Full project management and development life cycle experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Internal partners: Minimum of 2 years of experience in current role.
